These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Unique Brows' booking platform and studio services. Please read them carefully.

1Acceptance of Terms

By using Unique Brows' services or app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2Appointments & Booking

Appointments must be booked at least 2 hours in advance.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
Clients who no-show twice within 30 days may be required to pre-pay.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a 50% service fee.
Same-day cancellations will be charged the full service price.
Refunds for prepaid services are issued as wallet credits only.

4Wallet & Payments

Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable for cash.
Bonus credits added during promotions have no cash value.
Loyalty points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
Top-up transactions are final; disputes must be raised within 7 days.

5Health & Safety

Please inform your technician of any skin sensitivities or allergies before your service.
We are not liable for adverse reactions to treatments where pre-existing conditions were not disclosed.
Clients with certain medical conditions may be asked to provide physician clearance.
We maintain strict sanitation and hygiene protocols for all treatments.

6Intellectual Property

All content on this platform (logos, images, text) is owned by Unique Brows.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7Limitation of Liability

Unique Brows' liability is limited to the value of the service purchased.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
